7月27日 GirlsThis seems to be an overworked topic, but here's my enlightening take on the fairer sex:
1. Girls want to be loved. From what I've observed, this is true of all girls. Despite how much they want to be seen as equal with men, they are 2 different kinds of people. I don't mean to sound sexist, but most girls I know want to be the ones who are fought over, not the ones who do the fighting. And they gladly oblige to follow the moral rule "ladies first." I'm not saying women are stupid and shouldn't think they are making a difference in the world, but that they want to take their natural tenderness and use it to make the world a better place.
2. Girls have a sense of humor. Or at least most of them do. Even if they themselves are the only ones who think they are funny, girls love to have a fun time.
3. Girls know less about guys than they think they do. Yes, us gentlemen might seem to be pretty simple-minded, but there is a lot you don't know about us. We tend to think about girls a lot. This isn't the sick perverted thinking some of you assume we enjoy, but contemplative self questioning that we may never get the answers to. For example, some typical thoughts of girls: "Why do they wear makeup?" "How long does she spend in front of a mirror?" "Is that outfit supposed to match?" "Did she really mean what she just said?" And so on and so forth. Us guys will never really understand what is going on in girls' minds.
4. There are more girls using MSN spaces than boys. I can say that I have seen hundreds of spaces, and the majority of them are female's. This is related to the observation that girls have lots of friends. I'd guess that if one girl gets a space, she tells all here friends to get spaces, thus populating the MSN network.
5. Girls like pictures. On these girls' spaces, the majority have 75+ pictures. This is a natural phenomenon that us guys do not fully understand. Why do they need so many pictures? Doesn't their memory system work? There are pictures of things that look like someone took a camera and started clicking away at everything a girl does in her day...brushing her hair, brushing her teeth, eating breakfast etc. etc. There is no possible way that they need to remember every single picture taken of them and their friends.
So these are my feeble observations of the fairer sex. Neither I nor any other guy will understand you, and maybe it's better that way. However, I do have one last observation about you:
Girls like my space. I don't know why, but I must be doing something right.
So if you ladies (and gentlemen, if you please) would like to leave a comment regarding my assesment of women, feel free to do so. 回應 (21)
